INDUSTRY SEMINAR 2013 is an action accompanying international conference held on 9 - 10 May in Bratislava called “INNOVATIVE TRENDS IN CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE SECTOR” - ITCRES 2013. It follows the successful conferences "URBAN INVESTMENT" and “ECONOMIC AND MANAGEMENT PROCESSES IN BUILDING AND INVESTMENT PROJECTS”. Conference is hosted by the Institute of Management, University of Technology in Bratislava.

"Challenges, expectations, risks and emerging trends in the real estate market".

The aim of this Industry seminar is establish and enhance cooperation as well as exchange information and experiences among professionals in the construction industry and the real estate professionals, universities and research institutes from Slovakia and abroad.
The event will be held in the form of lectures, presentations and discussions. Its aim is to contribute to further development of quality improvement of education in the real estate market and to create active partnerships between universities and businesses. „

INDUSTRY SEMINAR presents an interactive forum for participants, where they can get an overview of the development and status of the real estate market in Slovakia and provides an opportunity for representatives of business subjects in the real estate sector (such as property development, construction, consulting, and financial companies) to present their investment projects and intentions while creating space for discussion between business and academic sphere.

How to register
To receive a tax receipt please send a completed application form in all boxes with a copy of the bank statement for payment to May 6st 2013 by post or e-mail: itcres2013@stuba.sk and andrej.adamuscin@stuba.sk.
You will get the receipt within 15 days from payment or the date of the event.
Cancellation
The cancellation fee is 50% of the price paid to May 3rd 2013. After this date a cancellation 100% of participation fee. In case of cancellation of registration after this date, the fee is not refundable. Instead of a registered participant may attend an alternate.
